I am absolutely convinced that this world needs people who are self-aware and who have the courage to give very personal input into their lives and their organisations.
This conviction is the basis for what I do: accompanying people and organisations into and through change processes.
My own life is defined by constant conscious changes. The constants are my soft spot for the coffee house culture of my Austrian homeland, my passion for people, my unquenchable thirst for knowledge and my desire to get to the bottom of things.
I think it was this interest in people, and in learning, that drove me to travel as much as I did. So during my initial apprenticeship I travelled back and forth across Europe to get to know how hotels are run and to learn about the various European cultures.
Later, while going through a very stringent training in the teachings of Kinesiology, Mindfulness and Presence, I learned to use the tools that are necessary for accompanying people and organisations into and through change processes.
We live in a time of constant change, and the change is important and right – as long as we do not exclude the human element and put people at the focus of what we do. If you are prepared to do that, then I would love to get to know you.
